Returns & Refunds
In compliance with the The Consumer Rights Directive, customers may cancel their order within 14 days of placing the order and return products to A Sportsmans Dream within 14 days from the date the notification to cancel has been received from the consumer to us. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a re-saleable condition. This means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Please email us on info@asportsmansdream.ie if you wish to cancel your order.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges
Breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
INSTORE RETURNS
Items purchased online can be also returned in store.
Following inspection, we will refund the amount due through the original method of payment excluding original postage charge.

A Sportsman’s Dream covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. Once we receive the package we will email you with an update.
You are responsible for returning the items, so please take care that they are returned in appropriate packaging with the packing slip and or receipt (a copy will do).
Items returned for reasons other than defect or A Sportsman’s Dream error must be paid for by the buyer. These returns include reasons such as “changed my mind,” “did not like the product” and “ordered the incorrect product”.

EXCHANGE GOODS
Please note we do not refund or exchange Mouth guards or Swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt
Returns are usually processed on the day they are received back but please allow 4-5 working days for refund to show in your account.
You can return items within 14 days after you received your order.
During the Christmas period, goods purchased on or after the 1st of December can be returned up to 12th of January.
You are responsible for returning the items, so please take care that they are returned in appropriate packaging with the packing slip and or receipt (a copy will do).
The product must be returned with all manufacturers’ tags attached, in new, unused and unworn condition and in the original packaging.
All footwear must be returned in their original box unused and unworn.
We do not accept returns on personalized product except if it is faulty.
You will need to pay for the return delivery unless the goods are faulty; we recommend you register your returns package, so it can be tracked as it’s your responsibility until we receive the package at the address below.
As soon as your return has been received and checked by us, we will email you with an update.

Our store operates separate gift voucher systems ie on-line shopping & in-store shopping
1. Our in-store Gift Voucher – Which can be used in our physical Store, at Kenyon Street Nenagh
(If you wish to purchase a Gift Voucher to use in our physical shop – we will send your voucher to your shipping address free of charge – please allow 2/3 days for Nationwide delivery).
Vouchers can also be picked up in store.
2. Our online Gift Voucher: – Which can be used on our website
If you wish to purchase an online Website voucher you will get an emailed voucher with a unique code that can only be used on-line on our website.
In line with the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019 there is a 5-year minimum expiry date for all vouchers sold after 2 December 2019
