Why should I buy from A Sportsman’s Dream?

For more than 35 Years, A Sportsman’s Dream, has been offering exceptional service to sports enthusiasts from all over Tipperary and beyond. This landmark sports store has a huge range of sporting goods across all disciplines.

More than just a sports shop.

Do you drop ship items when they are ordered online?

No. Unlike a drop shipper – who transfers customer order fulfillment and shipping responsibility to a third party — A Sportsman’s Dream holds goods sold on our site in stock. *Exceptions may apply on larger equipment.

Is this a legitimate business?

Yes. We are a legitimate business registered and based in Ireland, with a current Tax Clearance Certificate on file that can be produced upon request. The published price of all goods sold on our site includes VAT. We will provide a VAT receipt upon request.

What are your payment options and requirements?

We accept the following forms of payment on line:

During business hours we can accept your payment by telephone

All orders must be paid in full before fulfillment and delivery.

When will my order arrive?
We do our best to insure all orders are dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of payment, but please allow up to 3-4 days for delivery. In some cases, more time may be required, but store staff will contact you to advise on estimated delivery time.

Please bear with us during peak times Back to School /Christmas Season as delays may occur.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery up to 30kgs to anywhere in Ireland is €6.80 and free on standard orders over €75.
Standard Delivery within Tipperary is €4.75

Delivery on equipment/bulky items may vary; refer to our delivery charges for more detail

International Delivery charges vary and are calculated by emailing info@asportsmansdream.ie

Can I return my order?

Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of placing the order and return products to A Sportsman’s Dream. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns policy for further information

Who pays for the return?

You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
You can drop returns to our store.

Can I purchase a Gift Voucher on line?

Yes, A Sportsman’s Dream Gift Voucher is the perfect gift for family and friends of all ages, great to mark special occasions and special achievements.

Our store operates separate gift voucher systems ie on-line shopping & in-store shopping

1. Our in-store Gift Voucher – Which can be used in our physical Store, at Kenyon Street Nenagh

(If you wish to purchase a Gift Voucher to use in our physical shop – we will send your voucher to your shipping address free of charge – please allow 2/3 days for Nationwide delivery).
Vouchers can also be picked up in store.

2. Our online Gift Voucher – Which can be used on our website
If you wish to purchase an online Website voucher you will get an emailed voucher with a unique code that can only be used on-line on our website.

Where can I apply a discount code?
You can apply discount code at check out. Please note that discount codes apply to full price stock, ie a further discount will not be applied to sale stock. Exclusions may apply.

In line with the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019 there is a 5-year minimum expiry date for all vouchers sold after 2 December 2019
